PMICFC By-Laws for Review

The results of this past year's changes can be found below. The PMICFC Board Officers are requesting some minor changes to our Board this year.

The changed section is highlighted in Yellow and the changes are in a Bold typeface.

We are requesting a new Board position, VP of Governance. This position is outlined in the document linked below. We believe the addition of the VP of Governance will allow us to serve our Members more effectively.

Final results of the proposed changes to the Bylaws were finalized as of 11/11/2011. 104 members participanted and casted their votes and 97% voted “yes”.  Vote results were adminstered and sanctioned by PMI  Total Members: 900 - 11% of members voted 101 Members voted "Yes" 3 Members voted "No" Approved Bylaws - As of 11/11/2011
