PMICFC Mentoring Program is offering a scholarship to a dedicated and hard-working protege.
This individual will be dedicated to supporting the Mentoring Program as a staff member. The committee facilitate series of mentor/protégé relationships during the session. The staff will touch base on a regular basis with both mentor and protégé to ensure relationship is going well and that all paperwork required to continue the program is done on a timely basis -- this team will be the first line of defense for any issues arising from the mentor/protégé relationship.
Requirements:
- Must be a member in good standing of the Central Florida PMI Chapter
- Willingness to devote between seven and eight hours a month to the mentoring process
- Attendance at mentor and protégé meetings and events
- Invitation to sit on the steering committee to continue to support and improve the entire process
