The following conditions must be met for consideration into the program as a mentor:
A minimum there years of project management experience
Must be a member, in good standing, of the Central Florida PMI Chapter
Must be willing to share ideas, concepts, and knowledge
Protégés

Requirements for Protégés applying to the Mentoring Program:
- Must be a member, in good standing, of the Central Florida PMI Chapter
- Must be dedicated to learn more about Project Management
- Must possess an interest in any part of the Project Management process, with the exception of studying for the PMP exam; individuals who are interested in learning more about preparing for the PMP exam, we offer a cost-effective training program to acquire your PMP certification.
The cost to join this new program:

The Mentoring Program Committee will be reviewing applications, and protégés are matched with a mentor. All participants will attend the mandatory orientation training course. The course is designed to set expectations, and to provide participants the opportunity to meet the Mentoring Committee.
Program will be managed and monitored by the Mentoring Program Committee.
