In an effort to expand member services and networking opportunities for our membership, we offer a variety of sponsorship and partnership opportunities. As a meeting or corporate sponsor, your company will have a chance to display your products and services to over 800 members representing numerous companies. Thank you for considering sponsorship of the Project Management Institute’s Central Florida Chapter.
About Us
The mission of the PMI Central Florida Chapter, Inc. is to provide a forum for Professional Project Managers to promote the principles of the Project Management Institute through networking with other project managers, sharing project experiences, providing and receiving training, and supporting Project Managers in their certification efforts. As a not for profit membership organization, the PMI Central Florida Chapter relies heavily on dedicated members for financial support. The Chapter, having served the Central Florida area for twelve years, has seen significant growth and popularity among local project professionals
Sponsorship and Partner Recognition
We acknowledge corporate sponsors that have gone beyond the call of duty when providing financial support to our chapter. We also acknowledge business and educational institute partners that have gone beyond the call of duty to assist with the educational support of members by partnering in scholarship fund raisers and discounting professional development opportunities. Any organization that meets minimum contribution levels during a calendar year will qualify for additional benefits as determined by the PMICF Board of Directors.
Gold Level: $1,000+
Any corporation that helps to off-set the cost of PMICFC bi-monthly general meetings and monthly events through purchasing door prizes, paying for speakers, reducing the cost of facility rental or food/services or making contributions that exceed $1,000 annually will receive the following benefits for 12 months following last sponsored event.
• Recognition at regularly-scheduled chapter meetings
• Recognition in each monthly newsletter
• Recognition on chapter web site corporate sponsor’s page with logo linked to company web site
• Brochures and/or flyers distributed at sign-in table for all events
• 10 free passes that may be used at any regularly scheduled chapter meetings
Silver Level: $300+
Any organization that exceeds $300 in annual sponsorship contributions will receive the following benefits for 12 months following last sponsored event.
• Recognition at regularly-scheduled chapter meetings
• Recognition in each quarterly newsletter
• Recognition on chapter web site corporate sponsor’s page with logo
• 4 free passes that may be used at any regularly scheduled chapter meetings
Bronze Level: $600+
Any organization that helps to off-set the cost of meeting space for monthly PMICFC Board meetings, PMP Exam Prep Classes or exceed $600 in annual sponsorship contributions will receive the following benefits for 12 months following last sponsored event.
• Recognition at regularly-scheduled chapter meetings
• Recognition in each monthly newsletter
• 6 free passes that may be used at any regularly scheduled chapter meetings
Other Sponsorship Opportunities
Educational Event Sponsor: By sponsoring one or more of our educational events, you will have the opportunity to feature your products and services directly to our membership. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each alternate month. Our meetings attract 90 to 120 attendees and last an hour and a half. you receive the opportunity to present your company in all promotions related to that month’s event.
Schedule your sponsorship now for only $150 per event.
Educational event sponsor benefit includes:
• Featured vendor table space
• 5 Minute company presentation
• Your company name and logo listed with all promotions related to that month’s event including email invitations to all members and previous guests
• Prominent placement on our Web Site for the month prior to the event
• Recognition in our monthly newsletter under events section
Annual Event Sponsor
Our annual event is held in December. Sponsor our annual event for only $500.
Annual Event partnership benefits include:
• Featured vendor table space
• 15 Minute presentation to discuss your company
• Your company name and logo listed with all promotions related to the event including email invitations to all members and previous guests
• Prominent placement on our home page for the three months prior to the event
• Recognition in two monthly newsletters under our featured local events section
Web Site Sponsor
Our web site features a single banner available for your company listing. We feature only one organization each month with the banner and display the banner on each page of the site. The banner can link to your web site.
Sponsor our web site for only $50 per month.
Sponsors and Partners General Guidelines
• PMICFC is not able to design or create web advertising for display on our web site. Sponsors must provide appropriately sized graphics for display on the web or in our newsletter.
• All submitted items are subject to review and approval by the PMICFC Board of Directors. The board reserves the right to refuse sponsorship for any reason.
• Meeting sponsorship must be submitted and paid two weeks prior to schedule meeting date. Meetings are currently held on the first Tuesday of alternate months.
• Meeting vendor presentation must be kept to a 5 minute maximum. Presentation and hand-out materials must be approved by VP of Programs.
