Director of Member Relations-Event Registration— this position is responsible for assisting the VP of Member Relations during events with registering people at the door. The responsibilities include distributing name tags and giving door tickets for drawing. This role requires being at the event 30 minutes before the set start of the event.

  • Create a report containing the attendee numbers for each event to VP of Programs after the event.
  • Attended with no reservation
  • Paid but didn't attend
  • Registered on line
  • Total Attendee (registered+last min. showups)
  • Total Actual Attendee (Headcount for the people at the event)
  • emails of last minute show ups for survey distribution
  • Creating and maintaining of waiting list for each event.

Director of Member Relations-Event Preparation—this position is responsible for printing name tags for the event and setting up the table and PMP materials before the event. The merge name tags will be provided by VP of Communications. This role requires being at the event 30 minutes before the set start of the event.
